Juliette "Julie" Hebert Murray

Juliette “Julie” Hebert Murray, age 79, of Biloxi, passed away on January 10, 2023 in Biloxi.

Julie was born on April 8, 1943 in Biloxi, MS to the late Lonnie “Hoss” Hebert, Sr. and Julia Duval Hebert. She attended Biloxi High School. She enjoyed playing bingo, dancing and going on cruises with her best friend, Rhoda Eleuterius Coffield.

Julie is preceded in death by her spouse, Elvin “Boogie” Lee Murray, Sr.; son, Elvin Lee Murray, Jr.; and by her siblings, Patrick Hebert Sr., Ronald Hebert and Ida Mae Simmons.

Survivors include her children, Debra “Debbie” Murray Hodges (Danny) and Tammy Murray Chapman; grandchildren, Tiffany Mouring Harvey (Zac), Lacey Hodges Czarnick (Brannon), Cody Logan and Brandon Murray (Alicia); great grandchildren, Caleb, Addison, Carter, Brennan, Logan and Aubrey; great grandchild, Layla; by her siblings, Lonnie Hebert, Jr. and Dean Oliver; and by her dog, Chloe.

Visitation will be held at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home on Howard Avenue in Biloxi on Friday, January 13, 2023 from 8:30 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. at Biloxi National Cemetery.
