June Toovey Hance

June Toovey Hance, 91, died Thursday, March 24, 2011 in Gulfport. Mrs. Hance was born in New York City, New York. She grew up in Long Branch, New Jersey and had been a resident of Biloxi since 1998. She is preceded in death by her husband, Irving Hance, Jr.; her parents, Harriet Engelfried Toovey and Tracey Toovey; her sister, Patricia Nelson; her brother, Tracey Toovey, Jr.; and her granddaughter, Holly Meister. She is survived by her son, Irving Hance, III of Gulfport; daughters, Gay Meister of New Jersey, Amity Prodromou; son-in-law, Stavro Prodromou and four grandsons, Evan, Andrew, Ted, and Nate; and four great grandchildren, Elena, Amita, Tessa, and Stavy, all of California.
