Kate Richardson

Kate Richardson, age 86, of Gulfport, went to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Wednesday, January 7, 2009. She was affectionately known as "Memaw" by both her grandchildren and the many children she cared for in her home as a childcare provider. She was a member of Trinity Bible Church at River Oaks. She will be missed by her family and friends. She is preceded in death by her great-grandson, James "J.J." McCauley, Jr. Left to cherish her memory are her children, Anne C. Jones, Susan (Ray) Newman, Rusty (Theresa) Richardson, Steve (Kellie) Richardson, and Sandra (Luke) Hover, her grandchildren, Kim Gremillion, Jimmy McCauley, Matt Richardson, Ronny Richardson, Randy Richardson, Bradlee Hover, and Lauren Richardson; and three great-grandchildren. There will be a memorial service on Sunday, January 11, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at Trinity Bible Church at River Oaks, 9095 West Oaklawn Road, Woolmarket.
