Katherine G. Cardwell

Katherine G. Cardwell, 85, of Biloxi, MS died on Sunday, August 1, 2010. Katherine was a longtime resident of Biloxi and was of the Methodist faith. She is preceded in death by her parents, George and Rosey Haley Ward. Katherine is survived by her daughter, Cheryl (Robert) Stanford of Opelousas, LA; sons, Eric Reeves of Atlanta, GA and Michael D. Cardwell of D'Iberville, MS; brothers and sisters, Rose, Beverly, George, Ted and Paul; five grandchildren, Justin and Jacob Reeves, Megan, Mike and Rachael Cardwell and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be on Thursday, August, 5, 2010 at 2:30 p.m. at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, 2511 Pass Road, Biloxi. Friends may visit from 1:00 p.m. until service time. Interment will follow in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Gulfport. In lieu of flowers the family prefers memorials to the American Lung Assoc. of MS, P.O. Box 2178, Ridgeland, MS 39158.
