Kathleen Skinner Bowman

Kathleen Skinner Bowman, 72, of D’Iberville, MS passed away Saturday, March 18, 2017 in D’Iberville. Mrs. Bowman was a native and lifelong resident of Biloxi. Her favorite pastimes were her grandchildren and fishing. She was a longtime member of Full Gospel Tabernacle. She is preceded in death by her parents, Madison James and Luvenia Ferrill Skinner; her grandsons, David Allen Bowman and Christian James Bowman; and her brother, James Skinner. Mrs. Bowman’s survivors include her husband of 49 years, William Eugene Bowman, I; her children, Vickie Lee White, Madison Ward (Alisa) Bowman, William Eugene Bowman, II, Sherry Bowman (Robby) Touchet and Julia Marie Bowman; her 21 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Full Gospel Tabernacle, 3109 Bachman Rd., D’Iberville, MS 39540. Funeral Services will be held at the Full Gospel Tabernacle on Saturday, March 25, 2017 at 12:00 pm. Friends may visit from 11:00 am until service time. Interment at Biloxi National Cemetery will be private. The Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
