Kathleen Modick

Kathleen Modick, age 60, of Gulfport, died Tuesday, September 8, 2009 in Gulfport. She was born in Brooklyn, NY and had been a resident of Gulfport since January 1997. She was a member of St. James Catholic Church in Gulfport. She was a certified medical coder. Mrs. Modick was preceded in death by her parents, Kathleen and Michael J. Gunn; and a brother, Michael Gunn. She is survived by her husband, Gary Modick of Gulfport; a daughter, Laura Ellen Modick of Gulfport; two sons, Kevin Patrick Modick of Albany, NY and Michael Christopher Modick of Gulfport; a sister, Joan Marie Gunn of Freeport, NY; and a brother, Richard Thomas Gunn of Boston, MA. Visitation will be Sunday, September 13, 2009 from 6 until 8:00 p.m. at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, O'Neal Road, Gulfport. The Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, September 14, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. St. James Catholic Church in Gulfport where friends may visit thirty minutes prior to the service.
