Kathryn Ann Meredith Fowler

Mrs. Kathryn Ann Meredith Fowler, age 88, of Vancleave, MS., died Saturday, July 2, 2011, in Ocean Springs. Mrs. Fowler was born in Austin, TX. and was a 1944 graduate of the University of Texas located in Austin, TX. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clare B. Fowler and her parents, John Morgan Meredith and Effie Blum Meredith. Survivors include two daughters, Julie (Richard) LeFever of Grand Forks, ND., and Janet (Gary) McCain of Sealy, TX., three sons, Jon (Susan) Fowler of Smithsburg, MD., Mark Fowler of Salinas, CA., and Jeffrey Fowler of Sealy, TX., ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Visitation will be on Thursday, July 7, 2011, from 6 pm until 8 pm, at the Vancleave Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home. On Friday, July 8, 2011, there will be a 10 am graveside service at Biloxi National Cemetery.
