Kathy E. Carver

Kathy E. Carver, 64, died Sunday March 30, 2025, gathered with her family. Kathy was born November 27, 1960, in Gulfport, MS to Hoyet and Cleta Bullock.

Kathy is survived by her husband, Charles “Chuck” Carver, five children, Alicia (Ray) Austin of Perkinston, Jessica (Stephen) Cospelich, Michele (Thomas) Bennington, Jerry (Jenny) Parker all of Long Beach, MS and Chase (Grace) Parker of Vicksburg, MS. 8 grandchildren, Kalep, Dakota, Jonathan, Parker, Noah, Aiden, Madison, and Anderson. two great-children, Asher, and Dallas. Three brothers, Melvin (Sherry) Bullock, Jerry (Felicia) Bullock, and Jimmy (Dixie) Bullock. She also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.

Kathy is preceded in death by her parents, Hoyet and Cleta Bullock, and niece Monica Bullock. 

Kathy was the one consistent person in your life that would be the first call and tell you happy birthday. If you needed to or wanted to have a good time or laugh you just had to call her, she made sure you had it. She loved to dance, if music was on, she would dance, and maybe teach someone to 2 step or Jitterbug. She loved talking on the phone and checking in on people, if you made the “list”, you got a daily phone call for a check in.

We are grateful for all the family and friends that loved her deeply, to some she was more than a family member or friend, she was a sister and looked to as a second Mom. She is missed beyond words can say, her legacy will be carried on through memories.
