Kelly Laureen Buyny Carter

Kelly Laureen Buyny Carter, age 51 of Ocean Springs, MS passed away on Friday, August 3, 2018 She was born on June 24, 1967 in New Castle, PA. She attended Pine Forest High School Class of 1985 and MGCCC Jeff Davis for Nursing. She was employed at New Gulf Coast Surgery Center and previously employed at Cedar Lake Surgery Center. Her hobbies included being a Foster Coordinator at Friends of Jackson County Animal Shelter, Liaison for Paws for Rescue in Connecticut, fostering dogs, horseback riding and spending time with her grandchildren. Kelly is preceded in death by her sister: Jolee Essinger. Survivors include her parents: Connie and Joe Essinger, Henry Buyny; children: Shane Carter, Stacie Westmoreland (Lee), and Stephanie Carter; grandchildren: Kamden and Casen Westmoreland; siblings: Lisa Cuevas (Kerry), Krystyna Varnado (Dustin); step-brother: Patrick Essinger; and step-sister, Becky Griffin (Dan).
