Kenneth Ray Money, 53, of Fernley, NV died Friday, November 5, 2010 in Nevada of a heart attack. He was born in Oklahoma City, OK on August 29, 1957 to Allen and Lee Ann Money.
He graduated from Wagner High School in the Philippines and also from the University of Hawaii. He served in the U.S.
Army and then worked at Nevada Power Company. His hobbies were boating, skiing, and go-cart races.
Kenneth was a very caring and giving person and continued giving even in death by being an organ donor. He was loved and will be greatly missed by family, friends, and co-workers.
He is survived by his wife, Sherry Corbett Money of Nevada; two sons, Danny Shaw and Kenneth Sayler-Money; his parents, Allen Ray and Lee Ann Money of Saucier; two brothers, David Allan Money (Angelia) of Perkinston, MS, Daniel Bruce Money (Sherrie) of Westland, MI; a sister, Sharon Kay Eldridge (Frank) of Saucier; his grandmother, Evelyn Money of Fort Branch, IN; four grandchildren; four aunts and one uncle from Indiana and Oklahoma; nieces and nephews and two special friends, Chewbacca and Mickey.
The funeral service will be held Monday, November 15, 2010 at 12 noon at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, O'Neal Road, Gulfport where friends may visit at 11:00 a.m. until the service. Interment will be in Biloxi National Cemetery, Biloxi with military honors.
