Kim "Pops" Lee

Mr. Kim “Pops” Lee, age 71, of Biloxi, MS passed away on Friday, August 21, 2020 in Biloxi of a heart attack. Mr. Lee was born on November 29, 1948 in Hong Kong, China to Mr. You Wing Lee and Mrs. Tsue Yung Moy. He graduated high school in Bronx, New York. He served in the United States Air Force for over 23 years as a Tech Sergeant. Mr. Lee opened up the first casino in Biloxi (Isle of Capri) and was a dealer there and at the Beau of Rivage Casino in Biloxi. He loved John Wayne movies, playing in casinos, and was a phenomenal billiard’s player. Mr. Lee is preceded in death by his parents; son, Rusty Lee; and by his granddaughter, Emmalynn Lee. Survivors include his loving wife, Consuelo Lee; children, George Lee, Richard Lee and Frances (Greg) Parker; grandchildren, Alyssa Lee, Alanna Lee, Alex Lee and Lee Parker; and siblings, Hung Lee, Frances Flink, Julian Lee and Robert Lee. Due to COVID/VA requirements, there will be a private graveside service at Biloxi National Cemetery for immediate family only on Wednesday, September 2, 2020.
