Lan Thi Nguyen, age 85, of North Biloxi, loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away in the early hours on Thursday, September 29, 2022.
Lan projected humility, intelligence, and kindness in her everyday life. And when faced with adversity, she was bold, brave, and tackled tough situations head on. She dedicated her life to God and her family. She will be forever missed.
She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Hoan Hoang, 10 children, 20 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren,7 sons-in-law, 2 daughters-in-law, 4 grandsons-in-law, and many relatives and friends. This includes, Tina Hoang and family Luat Pham, Alicia (Cory), Margaret (Greg), Katie (Hef); Jennifer Hoang and family Tan Nguyen, Diane, Amy; Carolyn Mai and family Peter Mai, Lynda (Quoc), Michael; Joseph Hoang and family Sabrina, Aimee, Sara, Adam; Teresa Hoang and family Dave Cessna, Steve, Amanda; Stephen Hoang and family Lieu, Ethan, Anna; Dan Tam Hoang and family Nam Le, Anthony, Brittany, Calvin; MyLe Hoang and family Nathan Yu, Madeleine, Wesley; Vy Huong Hoang and family Brent Magnussen, Emma; and Linh Hoang
Visitation will be held at Bradford O’Keefe Funeral Home on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (October 5-7) from 3:00 – 4:00 pm followed by Mass at 5:00 pm at the Vietnamese Martyrs Church. The funeral service will be on Saturday, October 8, 1:30 pm, at the Vietnamese Martyrs Church followed by burial at Crestlawn Memorial Park.
