Larry Gerald Tapper, Jr.

Larry Gerald Tapper, Jr. “Chief Tonto”, 51 of Ocean Springs, MS passed away on August 23, 2023.

He was born on January 22, 1972 in Biloxi, MS to Larry and Susan Tapper. He graduated from St. Martin High School. He has been employed at Coastal Energy, Delta World Tires, Tire Kingdom, and Southern Tire Mart. He enjoyed riding four wheelers and fishing.

Larry is survived by his parents, Larry and Susan Tapper; siblings, Tammy (Stanley) Mitchell and Aaron (Amy) Tapper; nieces, Shelby, Brittany, and Brooke (Eric); nephew, Andrew; great-nieces, McKenzie, Kaylee, Paisley, and Landon; and great nephews, Kaison, Kyler, and Hudson.

Funeral Services will be held at 12:00pm on Monday, August 28, 2023 at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, Ocean Springs, MS. Friends may visit from 10:00am until service time. Burial will follow at D’Iberville Memorial Park.
