Laura Mae Robinson Jordan

Mrs. Laura Mae Robinson Jordan, 76, of Biloxi, MS, went to be with her Heavenly Father, Thursday, March 21, 2013, in Gulfport. Mrs. Jordan loved her faith, her family and her friends. She was an avid gardener and cook and enjoyed sharing her many blessings with those who crossed her path in life or were fortunate enough to call her friend. She was a talented, self-taught pianist and passed her passion for music on to her children and grandchildren. Mrs. Jordan was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Earnestine Robinson, and brothers, Arlan Robinson and Dale Robinson. She is survived by her husband, Glen J. Jordan; daughters, Karen Ila Jordan, Cherri Michelle Jordan (Felix) Ruiz and Lori Jordan (Regis) Bohr; sister, Carol Ann (Joe) Davis; brother, Marvin (Carol ) Robinson; and grandchildren, Nicholas Coteus, Antonia Maeclare Coteus, Harris Jordan Coteus, Marcela Iliana Ruiz and Isabel Mae Schacherbauer. Donations may be made to Gideon's International, Attn: Biloxi Camp, 12408 Ridgeland Court, Gulfport, MS 39503. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 23, 2013, at the First Baptist Church in Biloxi where friends may visit from 12:30 p.m.until service time. Interment will follow at Sunflower Baptist Church Cemetery in Stone County, MS. Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, 2511 Pass Road, in Biloxi is in charge of arrangements.
