Laura Marie Williams

Mrs. Laura Williams, age 86, of Ocean Springs, MS., died Sunday, August 10, 2008, in Ocean Springs. Mrs. Williams was a resident of the Gulf Coast for the past 43 years. She was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Ocean Springs. She was preceded in death in by her husband, Jack C. Williams, Sr. Survivors include three daughters, Mary Beth Cady of Indianapolis, IN., Beverly Weber of Spokane, WA., and Shirley Vallette of Ocean Springs, MS., a son, Jack C. (Kimberly) Williams, Jr. of Ocean Springs, MS., a brother, Albert Pendleton of Denver, CO., six grandchildren, including J.C. Williams and Jodi Harris, both of Ocean Springs, MS., and nine great-grandchildren. Visitation will be on Tuesday, August 12, 2008, from 9-10 AM with a 10 AM church service, all at the Emmanuel Baptist Church in Ocean Springs. Burial will be in Virden Cemetery in Virden, Illinois. The Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
