Laurence Rayburn Mullinax

Laurence Rayburn Mullinax, age 75, of Biloxi, passed away on Saturday, June 17, 2023.

Laurence was born at Kessler Air Force Base; his family was stationed at several bases throughout the country. His favorite memories were of their time they were stationed in Hawaii. He graduated from Biloxi High School and went into the Air Force in 1967. He served in the Vietnam War. After his time in service, he went to work at Ingalls Shipyard and retired after 35 years.

He was survived by his wife of 46 years, Cynthia Bass Mullinax; children, Teressa Melvin, Kristofor Mullinax, Leah Shockley, and Charles Mullinax; and eight grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, June 22, 2023, at the Biloxi National Cemetery.
