Lawrence Arthur Jones, Sr.

Mr. Larry Jones, 55, of Biloxi, MS, died Sunday, August 3, 2008, in Biloxi. Mr. Jones was a native and lifelong resident of Biloxi. He was a Mason, an auxiliary policeman with the City of Biloxi and former volunteer fireman. He was preceded in death by his father, William Jones. Survivors are a daughter, Leigh Jones of Biloxi; step-daughters, Mary Cooke of Dothan, AL, and Shelly Roe of Ocean Springs; son, Lawrence A. Jones, Jr.; step-son, Charlie McClantoc; mother, Mrs. Nola Jones; brother, David Jones, Sr. all of Biloxi; and 6 step-grandchildren. A memorial gathering is Wednesday, August 6, 2008, from 4 until 7 p.m. at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Howard Avenue, in Biloxi.
