Lawrence Taylor “Ted” Pearson, 56, of Gulfport, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 08, 2015. He was born January 16, 1959, in Memphis, TN. Ted is survived by his three sons (oldest to youngest), Philip, Jordan, Michael, and his mother, Ouida Pearson. Ted lost his battle to throat cancer after many years of fighting the good fight all while keeping positivity throughout. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. James Catholic Church at 11:00am Wednesday, March 11, 2015 with visitation at 10:00am. The Pearson family requests a donation to a charity of choice in honor of Ted Pearson instead of flowers if applicable. “When you die, it does not mean that you lose to cancer.
