Lena Qwren Dunn

Mrs. Lena Owren Dunn, 94, of Ocean Springs, MS, died Thursday, March 11, 2010, in Ocean Springs. Mrs. Dunn was born in New Boston, Texas and had been a longtime resident of the Gulf Coast. She was a dedicated teacher for 35 years in Holley, Texas and Windgate, Texas. She was a Methodist and a loving mother and grandmother. Mrs. Dunn was preceded in death by her son, Warren "W. C." Curtis; parents, W. E. and Lilly Gulley; sister, Willie Mae Bell; and brother, James Gulley. She is survived by her daughter, Barbara J. Dunn Price of Ocean Springs; two grandchildren, David B. Price and Phyllis Price (Jon) Kane; and three great grandchildren, Brandon Price, Brittney Price and Brianna Price. A memorial service will be held Monday, March 15, 2010, at 6 p.m. at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home in Ocean Springs where friends may visit from 5 until 6 p.m.
