Leonor Cardenas Mazariegos

Leonor Cardenas Mazariegos, age 97, of Gulfport, passed away on Friday, July 26, 2024 in Calhoun, GA.

Leonor was born on January 19, 1927 in Mission, TX to Paulo Cardenas and Genara Morales Cardenas. She worked as a beauty stylist.

Leonor was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jorge Luis Mazariegos; brother, Marcus Cardenas; and sister, Victoria Venaegas.

Survivors include her sons, George Alfred Mazariegos (Sharon), Charles Henry Mazariegos (Ada), and Joe Vincent Mazariegos (Sandy); and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Friday, August 2, 2024 at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, 15th Street, Gulfport. Friends may visit from 3:00 p.m. until service time. Interment will be at Biloxi National Cemetery. Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, 15th Street, Gulfport is honored to serve the Mazariegos family.
