Leroy F. Blanchard, Jr., 57, of Perkinston, MS died Friday, December 26, 2008 in Biloxi, MS. Mr. Blanchard was a former resident of Biloxi and a former member of Fleur-de-Lis. Mr. Blanchard is preceded in death by his parents, Leroy F. and Lee Jeanette Bellande Blanchard; brother, David L. Blanchard, Sr. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Faircloth Blanchard of Biloxi; daughters, Alethea Reynolds and Katherine Blanchard-Smith both of Ocean Springs; son, Leroy F. Blanchard, III of Biloxi; grandchildren, Breanna Blanchard, Kirsten Reynolds, Sebastin Reynolds and Christian Reynolds. Visitation is Tuesday, December 30, 2008 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Howard Ave., Biloxi. Interment is in Biloxi City Cemetery.
