Lewis Hiram Warmbrodt

Lewis Hiram Warmbrodt, 77, of Biloxi, MS died Thursday, January 28, 2010. Mr. Warmbrodt served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict. He was an Eagle Scout, a Charter member of the VFW, member of the American Legion, 50 year member of the National Association of Letter Carriers Union and Catholic Charities sponsor. Mr. Warmbrodt was also a retired postal carrier. His interests ranged from carpentry to horseshoes and history to horticulture. Mr. Warmbrodt was a gentleman and devoted family man and friend. He cared deeply about those around him and the world in which he lived. He will be remembered well by those that love him. Mr. Warmbrodt is survived by his daughter, Diane Tiedemann of Chula Vista, CA; son, George Warmbrodt of North Idaho; sister, Shirley Turner of Augusta, KS; brother, Pete Larko of San Diego, CA; 2 grandsons, Hans Lewis and Shane George Warmbrodt both of North Idaho; and beloved companion, Catherine Fiorentini. A Mass of Christian burial will be Wednesday, February 3, 2010 at 2:00 pm at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church. Friends may visit from 1:00 pm until mass time.
