Lexi Marie Sherwood

Infant Lexi Marie Sherwood, nine months, of Ocean Springs, MS., died Thursday, August 30, 2007, in Ocean Springs. Lexi was a lifelong resident of Ocean Springs. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Karen Sherwood. Survivors include her parents, Brandon and Melissa Sherwood of Ocean Springs, paternal grandfather, Blair Sherwood also of Ocean Springs, maternal grandparents, Rusty and Sherry Suttle of Noxapater, MS., uncle, Jason Sherwood of Ocean Springs, and aunt Rebecca (Russell) Hamilton of Noxapater, MS. Visitation will be on Saturday, September 1, 2007, from 9-11 AM, with an 11 AM church service, all at Cedar Lake Christian Assembly in North Biloxi. On Sunday, September 2, 2007, there will be a 3 PM church service at the Plattsburg Baptist Church in Noxapater, MS., where friends may call from 2-3 PM. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family prefers memorials be made to Cedar Lake Christian Assembly, Speed The Light Mission Fund, 11555 Cedar Lake Rd., Biloxi, MS. 39532. The Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
