Lillian Geno was born June 12, 1926 in Biloxi, MS to Clafail and Nanette Comeaux. She went to join her Heavenly Father on January 2, 2009. Lillian was employed at Keesler Air Force Base for over 25 years. She then went to work for the Buena Vista, then Biloxi Belle for over 20 years before retiring. Lillian was the life of the party for many years with all her beloved friends. Her grandchildren all thought she was the funniest maw-maw around. She loved to play Bingo and especially loved her trips to the casino. She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters, Evelyn and Vivian Comeaux, brothers, Leroy, Jerry and Gerald Comeaux, grandson, Ivan Kostmayer and great-grandson, Matthew Hopland. Lillian is survived by sons, Alton (Patricia) Geno, Gary (Glenda) Geno and daughter, Sue (Larry) Kostmayer, grandchildren, Sandy (Dave) Marini, Susan Kostmayer, Sharon (Mike) Chartrand, Jerrod Kostmayer, Jacque Woods, Angie (Kevin) Balius, Tanya (Chad) Templet, sixteen great-grandchildren, four great-great grandchildren. Family would like to extend a special thanks to Biloxi Community Living Center, Martha and Stella and Odyssey Hospice for the great care given to our mother. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate all donations to be made to St. Michael's Building Fund. Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, January 9, 2009 at St. Michael's Catholic Church, 10:00 a.m. where friends may visit from 9:00 a.m. ~ 10:00 a.m. Father Greg Barras will be officiating.
