Mrs. Lily "Timmie" Fountain, age 61, of D'Iberville, MS., died Friday, November 25, 2005, in Gulfport, MS., after a short battle with cancer. Timmie was a lifelong resident of the community and was a 1962 graduate of Sacred Heart Academy. She loved spending time with her family and friends, playing pokeno and bonko, her K-Mart retirement group and the Red Hat Society. She loved selling Avon and shopping on QVC and HSN. Timmie loved her country, playing computer games and especially Elvis Presley. She retired from K-Mart in D'Iberville and was a current employee of Wal-Mart in D'Iberville in the automotive department since 1999. She was a lifelong member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and had a deep devotion to her faith which she showed at her time of death. Timmie was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Ruby Fountain Grady, her twin baby girls and a baby boy. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, James Morgan Fountain of D'Iberville, two daughters, Tamelia Schoendorf and husband, Milton, of Latimer, and Lorene Lyons and husband, J.D., of D'Iberville, and a son, Gregory Fountain of D'Iberville, three sisters, Deanna Comer of D'Iberville, Debbie Mowrey of St. Martin, and Karen Scarbrough of Woolmarket, and six grandchildren, Amber Schoendorf, Megan Schoendorf, Jonathan Fountain, Ryan Lyons, Lacey Fountain, and Jeremy Lyons. Visitation will be on Sunday, November 27, 2005, from 5-8 PM, with a 6 PM Rosary, at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home. On Monday, November 28, 2005, there will be a 10 AM Mass of Christian Burial at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, where friends may call from 9-10 AM.
