Linda Jean Bigot-Ely, age 46, of Vancleave, MS, died Thursday, August 19, 2010 in Ocean Springs.
Linda spent most of her life in Vancleave. She was very devoted to her church and to her son. She was a minister who blessed many lives and loved every person she came across. She always overlooked their faults; always giving all she was able to.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Rev. Charles and Dorothy Bigot and her brother Ricky Bigot.
Survivors include her son, Samuel "Ryan" Ely; two sisters, Rhonda Alexander (Roger) and Cheryl Taylor (Lee); two brothers, Braxton Bigot (Kay) and Scotty Bigot (Denise); sister-in-law, Kathy Bigot; mother-in-law, Shirley White; and three devoted friends, Aileen Dewberry, Jessie Mae Bang and Ruby Nell Tanner.
Visitation will be held Saturday, August 21, 2010 from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held Sunday, August 22, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at Vancleave Holiness Church with interment following in Vancleave Holiness Cemetery.
