Linda Sue King

Linda Sue King, 79, of Ocean Springs, MS, passed away Monday, February 24, 2025 at Singing River Hospital in Ocean Springs.

Linda was born on February 16, 1943 to her parents Carl E. Gaedchens and Wanda Mclure. She worked for Marvars Seafood and retired from the Beau Rivage. Linda loved being outdoors planting gardens, fishing and drinking her coffee, and spoiling her grandchildren and great grandchildren any way she could.

Linda is preceded in death by her father, Carl Alva Gaedchens; mother, Wanda Mclure; son, Carl Gregory and Terry Lee Gregory Sr.; and husband Robert E. King Jr.

Linda is survived by her brother, Carl Davis; son, Robert E. Gregory; and daughter-in-law, Melissa Gregory; sister, Cindy Sue Siereveld; grandsons, Seth Gregory and wife Victoria, Rocky Gregory and wife Riley, and Terry Lee Gregory Jr.; granddaughter, Carlie Carissa Gregory; great-granddaughter, Saylor Landers, Cora Gregory, Carley Gregory and Raeleigh Gregory, great-grandsons, Jasper Landers and Mercer Gregory; a very caring friend Jerry Childers; and loving dog Chewy.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 28, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Seymour Cemetery on Bayou Talla Road. Directly following service will be a small reception of family and friends at 3401 Poticaw Bayou Road, Vancleave, MS 39565
