Lindsey Tucker, age 58, of Vancleave, MS passed away in a boating accident May 18, 2011.
Lindsey was born and raised in Biloxi. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing, cooking and playing his drums and was an avid Jimmie Johnson fan. Lindsey met his wife Pam when he was twelve years old and they were high school sweethearts. They were married before her graduation and have been happily married ever since. He was an employee of Omega Protein Company of Moss Point, MS.
Lindsey was preceded in death by his father, Dewey Tucker, his mother, Ruby Garec Tucker and a brother, Timothy Ervin Tucker.
Survivors include his wife of 41 years, Pamela Marie Tucker, three children; Kimberly Tucker Rice of Long Beach, MS, Steven Duane Tucker of Vancleave, MS and James Michael Tucker also of Vancleave, MS. Lindsey also had two grandchildren; Tayler Jordan Brown of Long Beach, MS and Destiny Marie Tucker of Vancleave, MS. He is also survived by his step-mother, Hideko Tucker of Ocean Springs, MS, a cousin, Stephen Garec of Purvis, MS and a half-brother, Wendell Hayes of Biloxi, MS.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held honoring Lindsey's life as well as to pray for him and his family. For those who would like to participate in this service please call one of the family members for more details.
