Lloyd Summers Tickell Jr.

Mr. Lloyd S. Tickell Jr., 76, of Biloxi, died on Sunday, August 7, 2011. Lloyd was a native of Poplarbluff, MO. He was retired from the United States Air Force and was a Vietnam Vet. He retired from Ingalls Shipbuilding and a member of Big Ridge Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Vanga Tickell; a daughter, Denise (Randy) Palmer; two sons, Lee (Diane) Tickell and Bruce (Tami) Tickell. A sister, Shirley Jackson and a brother Harry Tickell; eleven gradchildren, Corey, Colton, Elizableth, Robert Jr., Christopher, Josiah, Ashleigh, Garth, Summer, Rachelle, Christine, and one great grandchild, Emma Ray. Funeral Services will be Thursday, August 11, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at the Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Howard Avenue Chapel, Biloxi where friends may visit from 9:00 a.m unitl service time. Interment will follow at D'Iberville Memorial Park.
