Lois Jeanette Sumrall

Lois Jeanette Sumrall, 76, of Gulfport died Friday, September 11, 2009 in Long Beach. Mrs. Sumrall was born in Meridian and had been a resident of the Coast since 1958. She was retired from Waste Management in Gulfport. Mrs. Sumrall was preceded in death by her parents John and Edna Stockman; a sister Ouida Ford; and brother Sonny Harper. She is survived by her daughter Robin Jones and her husband Frank of Rockwell, Texas; son Walter Alan Pace and his wife Polly of Long Beach; and 6 grandchildren, Walter Alan Pace, Jr., Adam Pace, Kirk Jones, Kyle Jones, Kathleen Jones, and Kristen Jones. Mrs. Sumrall was devoted to her family and friends. Funeral service will be Tuesday, September 15, 2009 at 1pm at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home on 15th Street in Gulfport. Visitation will be from 12pm to 1pm. Interment will follow in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
