Lonnie Paul "L.P." Owen, of Biloxi, the most well known guitar picker on the Coast, has entered heaven as a new joyful noise with the sounds of strings on Wednesday, December 8, 2010. He will be deeply missed by the love of his life, Joann; his three daughters, Debbie Parnell, Brenda Dean, Linda Lloyd; his son, Paul Owen; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. We will miss you and we'll see you in heaven. A visitation will be held Friday, December 10, 2010 from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, 15th Street, Gulfport.
