Louis Lamar King

Mr. Louis Lamar King, 43, of Biloxi, MS, died Monday, July 28, 2008, in Ocean Springs. Mr. King was born in Biloxi and remained a lifelong resident of the Coast. He was of the Baptist faith and a carpenter. He was an avid fisherman, a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and son. Mr. King is survived by his wife of 9 years, Kristina King of Vancleave; four daughters, Christina Hayes of Biloxi; Chantel Palmer, Mistie Palmer and Ashleigh Palmer of Ocean Springs; son, Matthew Gonzales of Ocean Springs; his parents, Louis and Audra King of Biloxi; four brothers, Phillip King of Biloxi, David King of Vancleave, and John King and Tommie King of Biloxi; and three grandchildren. A memorial service will be Friday, August 1, 2008, at 7 p.m. at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Howard Avenue, in Biloxi where friends may visit from 5 p.m. until service time.
