Louis "Tim" W. Simmons, Jr.

Louis "Tim" W. Simmons, Jr., age 64, and a life long resident of Saucier passed away Wednesday, July 1, 2009 in Biloxi. He served his country proudly in the U.S. Navy and was a Vietnam Veteran. He was of the Baptist faith. Mr. Simmons was preceded in death by his father, Louis W. Simmons, Sr. and his brother-in-law, Steve Daniels. Survivors include his mother, Merle Simmons of Saucier; his daughters, Crystal Marlow and Hope Simmons, both of Perkinston, Christy Butcher, Candy Handyside and his son, Louis W. Simmons, III, all of Iowa; his sisters, Barbara (Richard) Herrin, Debbie (Les) Montgomery of Saucier, Martha Daniels, Sandra (James) Parker of Perkinston; and brothers, Harold (Freda) Simmons, Scott (Ruby) Simmons, and Brian (Cindy) Simmons, all of Saucier; and ten grandchildren A graveside service will be held Friday, July 3, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. at Saucier Cemetery.
