Earl Frederick Dietz, Sr., 62, of D'Iberville, MS, died Saturday, September 4, 2010, at Biloxi Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Dietz was born in Charleroi, PA and had been a resident of the coast since 1994. He was a retired U. S. Navy Veteran with 24 years of service. He served 13 years as a Commissioned Officer and received numerous medals and awards. He was a member of the National Rifle Association.
Mr. Dietz is survived by his wife, Edna Dietz; three daughters, Kehaulani (Gavin) Fujita of Hawaii, Elizabeth Frederica (Mario) Davis of Kansas, and Nohealani J. (Ariel) Dietz of Washington, D.C.; two sons, Earl F. Dietz, Jr. of Hawaii, and Keola Dietz of Orlando, FL; one brother, David (Gail) Dietz; twelve grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Visitation is Thursday, September 9, 2010, from 5 until 8 p.m. at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Howard Avenue, in Biloxi. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Biloxi National Cemetery with military honors.
