Lt. Earl Frederick Dietz, Sr.

Earl Frederick Dietz, Sr., 62, of D'Iberville, MS, died Saturday, September 4, 2010, at Biloxi Regional Medical Center. Mr. Dietz was born in Charleroi, PA and had been a resident of the coast since 1994. He was a retired U. S. Navy Veteran with 24 years of service. He served 13 years as a Commissioned Officer and received numerous medals and awards. He was a member of the National Rifle Association. Mr. Dietz is survived by his wife, Edna Dietz; three daughters, Kehaulani (Gavin) Fujita of Hawaii, Elizabeth Frederica (Mario) Davis of Kansas, and Nohealani J. (Ariel) Dietz of Washington, D.C.; two sons, Earl F. Dietz, Jr. of Hawaii, and Keola Dietz of Orlando, FL; one brother, David (Gail) Dietz; twelve grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Visitation is Thursday, September 9, 2010, from 5 until 8 p.m. at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Howard Avenue, in Biloxi. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Biloxi National Cemetery with military honors.
