Lula Caroline Harper

Lula Caroline Harper, 60, of Biloxi, MS died on Wednesday, June 9, 2010. Mrs. Harper was a native of Grafton, WV and had been a resident of the Gulf Coast for the past 26 years. She was a graduate of Grafton High School, Grafton, WV. She was a department manager for Walmart of Biloxi. Mrs. Harper is preceded in death by her father, Wilber McMasters and a sister, Leonda Long. She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Fred Harper of Biloxi; mother, Evelyn McMasters of Grafton, WV; daughter, Wendy (Daniel) Custer of Cheseapeake, VA; grandchildren, Jack and Heather; sisters, Shirley Ann Sparkey of Grafton, WV and Linda Sue Phillips of PA; brothers, Wilber Daniel, Jr., David Lee, Willard Donald McMasters of all Grafton, WV. A visitation will be held on Saturday, June 12, 2010 from 3:30 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the Pass Road Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, West Biloxi.
