Luther Otis Bilbo

Mr. Luther Otis Bilbo, age 77, of Ocean Springs, MS, died Tuesday, April 10, 2007, in Ocean Springs. Mr. Bilbo was born in Kiln, MS and was a resident of Saucier, MS since 1976. He was a retired shrimper and carpenter. He was preceded in death by his parents, Otis and Addie Carroll Bilbo, and four brothers, Lolis Bilbo, Lustin Bilbo, Lous Bilbo, and Ray Necaise. Survivors include his wife, Mary Helen Bilbo of Ocean Springs, MS., three daughters, Margaret (Alden) Willis of Tacoma, WA, Mary Catherine (David) Muffler of Saucier, MS, and Aleatha (Vernon) King of the Vestry Community; two sons, David Christopher Allen and Douglas Kemp Allen, both of Saucier, MS; two sisters, Mary Ladner and Charlene Moran; three brothers, Frank Necaise, Loren Necaise, and Charles Necaise, Jr.; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. On Wednesday, April 11, 2007, there will be a graveside service at 3 p.m. at Floral Hills Cemetery in Gulfport, MS. Mr. Bilbo was a loving husband and father. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. The Howard Avenue Chapel of BRADFORD O'KEEFE FUNERAL HOME in Biloxi is in charge of arrangements.
