Lynn Edward Seymour, 81, of Biloxi, died Monday, April 25, 2005 in Biloxi.
Mr. Seymour was born in Ocean Springs on July 23, 1923. He was a US Navy Veteran of WWII serving on the USS Mitchell. After the Navy he enlisted in the US Air Force and retired in 1965 as a Tech-Sergeant in the Military Police. He retired from Ingalls in 1982 as a security guard. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge # 120 of Biloxi and the VFW Post #2434 of Biloxi.
Mr Seymour was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Lillie Seymour and a grandson, Scott Seymour.
He is survived in death by his wife of 59 years, Mary Elizabeth Seymour; four daughters, Cecelia Skinner (Herbert), Linda Randolph (Wayne), Peggy Chatham (Gerald), Sherry Monk; five sons, Ronald Lynn Seymour (Frankie), Jerry Seymour (Laura), Dale Seymour, Kenny Seymour (Renee), Kerry Seymour (Krisha); sixteen grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
Mr. Seymour will be dearly missed by his wife and children. He was a loving grandfather.
Visitation will be Wednesday, April 27 from 6 pm to 9 pm at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home. Services will be Thursday, April 28 at 10 am at the funeral home chapel. Burial will be at the Antioch Cemetery in Vancleave.
