Lynn Ann Fortier

Lynn A. Fortier, age 81, of Gulfport, MS, passed away on Saturday, June 8, 2024.

Lynn was born on May 11, 1943 in New Orleans, LA. She worked at Pan American Life Insurance Company in New Orleans before moving to the beautiful Gulf Coast in 1977 to work with her parents at Carousel Lighting Company. She was the owner and operator of Coast Lighting Company. Lynn was a member of Quota International, a past member of The Home Builders Association of the MS Gulf Coast, and a member of St. James Catholic Church. She lived out her final years in Thibodaux, LA to be near her family.

She was preceded in death by her mother and best friend, Edna Papineau Fortier Hall; dad, Thomas L. Hall; father, Nelvil E. Fortier, Jr.; brothers, Patrick T. Hall and Michael J. Hall; and 3 nephews, Scott Hall, Steven Hall, and Ryan Hall.

Survivors include her sisters-in-law, Ruth Hall and Cheri Hall Sommer; 2 nieces, Melissa (Brady) Martin and Natalie (Nestor) Navarro; 4 grand-nieces; and 3 grand-nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 17, 2024 at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, 15^th Street, Gulfport. Friends may visit one-hour prior to service. Interment will follow at Southern Memorial Park in Biloxi. Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, 15^th Street, Gulfport is honored to serve the Fortier family.
