M/Sgt Wilton Fordie Pevey, USAF Retired

M/Sgt Wilton F. Pevey, USAF Retired, 78, of Biloxi, MS died Monday, January 25, 2010. Mr. Pevey was a native of Natchez, MS. He retired as M/Sgt with USAF after 21 years of service. Mr. Pevey was a veteran of the Korean and Vietnam wars. He also retired from Ingall's Shipbuilding in the maintenance dept. as a heavy duty mechanic. Mr. Pevey is preceded in death by his parents, Fordie and Lena Pevey. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Patricia Rhodes Pevey; daughters, Debora (Charles) Collinsgru, Lisa (Jimmy) Spicer; sons, Fordie, Marlie and Donald Pevey; sister, Myrtle (Malcolm) Graves; brother, Michael (Lou Ann) Pevey; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Graveside Services will be Wednesday, January 27, 2010 at 2:30 pm at the Biloxi National Cemetery with full military honors. Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Howard Avenue, Biloxi is in charge of arrangements.
