Malese Brunson Smith

Malese Brunson Smith, 72, of Biloxi, MS died on Wednesday, December 1, 2010. Mrs. Smith was a native of Meridian, MS. She sold real estate along the coast for many years. As a member of Edgewater Rotary, she delighted in volunteering for Cruising the Coast. She was a longtime member of First United Methodist Church Biloxi and currently is member of Trinity UMC of Gulfport, where she was active in its choir. Mrs. Smith is preceded in death by her husband, Charles R. Smith; parents, Mr. & Mrs. Webb (Malese) Brunson. She is survived by her daughters, Stacey Evans and Lisa (Phillip) Lee both of Mobile, AL; son, Carl Smith of Ellisville, MS and two grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Monday, December 6, 2010 in the Christian Life Center of Trinity UMC from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Services will follow in the church sanctuary at 11:00 a.m. with a commital at Biloxi National Cemetery. Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Howard Avenue, Biloxi is in charge of arrangements.
