Margaret Brauchle

Margaret Foster Ehman Brauchle, born December 10, 1921 in Long Island, NY died January 1, 2008 in Mobile, AL, at the age of 86. She was a loving and gracious wife, mother and grandmother who was devout in her faith and full of compassion. She was an active member of Nativity B.V.M. Cathedral for 47 years where she was a member of the choir, the Ladies Sodality and the St. Vincent de Paul Society. In Mobile, she attended St. Ignatius Church and the Chapel at Allen Memorial Home where she was embraced by many caring people. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. Kenneth and Dorothy Foster of Long Island, NY, her first husband, Paul Ehmann, Sr., 1944, then she was preceded by her husband, John George Brauchle, Sr., sister, Eunice Foster Gissiner and brother, Edward Foster. She is survived by her five children: Paul (Marguerite) Ehman Brauchle, Lynn (Bob) Marslender, Steve (Lari) Brauchle, John (Abby) Brauchle and Tina (Michael) Wettermark, thirteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends for visitation at Nativity B.V.M. Cathedral in Biloxi, MS, at 10:00 a.m., Friday, January 4, 2008 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be at the Biloxi Veterans' National Cemetery.
