Margaret Hick

Mrs. Margaret Hick, age 86, of Ocean Springs, MS., died Saturday, February 5, 2005, in Biloxi, MS. Mrs. Hick was a resident of the community since 1983. She was a member of Gulf Hills Garden Club where she served as treasurer. She was also the first woman manager to work at W.T. Grant Company during WWII. Mrs. Hick was a member of St. Alphonsus Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Hick her parents, William and Margaret Rave, and two brothers, William Rave and Gerald Rave. She is survived by two daughters, Sharon and Mark Carter of Biloxi, MS., and Patricia and Eduardo Val of San Diego, CA., and two grandchildren, Gavin Carter and Patricia Carter. Visitation will be on Wednesday, February 9, 2005, from 12:30 P.M. until 1:30 P.M., followed by a 1:30 P.M. Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated , all at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church. Burial will be in Biloxi National Cemetery. The Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
