Margaret Lavada Preston

Mrs. Margaret L. Preston, age 68, of Helotes, Texas, has escaped her earthly bonds to joyfully reunite in God's Kingdom with her husband, Joseph C. Preston. Together they know no pain nor sorrow no more. Reunited in spirit and love, they will forever more be wedded in heavenly bliss. She was preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Joseph C. Preston and her parents, Archie and Viola Turburville. Margaret is survived by three daughters, Susan (John) Davis of Vancleave, MS., Evelyn (Jason) Clark of Spanish Fort, AL., and Connie (John) Sowards of San Antonio, TX., a son, Timothy Preston of Fairhope, AL., two sisters, Bobbie Bowden and Odell Gurly, nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Visitation will be on Friday, May 5, 2006, from 7-9 PM, at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home.
