Mrs. Margaret Starks Reinhardt, 81, of Biloxi, MS, died Saturday, March 22, 2008, in Gulfport. Mrs. Reinhardt was born August 24, 1926, and has lived in the Biloxi area most of her life. She was a very active member of Sacred Heart Parish in D'Iberville and a member of the Legion of Mary for many years. She worked as school secretary for 12 years at St. Theresa's and Sacred Heart. She was a member of the Mercy Associates and a Friend of the Sisters of Mercy. Margaret touched many lives with her caring and compassionate nature and will be sadly missed by family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, James P. and Aimee Faurie Starks; her son, Stephen Reinhardt; brother, James P. Starks, Jr., and sister, Sr. Mary Aimee Starks, R.S.M. Margaret is survived by her son, Paul Reinhardt; daughter, Karen Reinhardt Van Staveren and husband, Arie; granddaughter, Claire of Florida; sisters, Aimee S. Blais of Ocean Springs, Sr. Mary Fatima Starks, R.S.M., of Vicksburg, and Mary Elizabeth Nappo of Atlanta, GA; brothers, John Starks of Vancleave, Weldon Starks of Biloxi, Robert Starks of Biloxi, and Leonard Starks of Virginia; aunt, Rita Faurie, along with many nieces, nephews and friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, March 26, 2008, at 2 p.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in D'Iberville where friends may visit from 12:30 p.m. until service time.
