Marie A. Martin

Mrs. Marie A. Martin, age 76, of Ocean Springs, MS., died Sunday, June 22, 2008, in Ocean Springs. Mrs. Martin was a resident of the community for 33 years. She was a native of Matawaska, Maine, and a devoted Navy wife and mother. She was preceded in death by her parents, Felix and Lena Cyr and a brother, Ernie Cyr. Survivors include her husband of 47 years, Harold T. Martin of Ocean Springs, MS., two sons, Chris Alan (Kim) Martin of Vicksburg, MS., and Steven G. (Rosie) Riel of Bossier City, LA., fourteen brothers and sister, and four grandchildren, Prissy and Chris Michael Martin and Jason and Christina. Visitation will be on Tuesday, June 24, 2008, from 12 Noon until 1:15 PM, with a 1:15 PM chapel service, all at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Biloxi National Cemetery.
