Mrs. Marilyn Elizabeth Prince, age 60, of Ocean Springs, MS., died Friday, August 10, 2007, at her home in Ocean Springs.
After graduating from high school in her hometown of Purvis, MS., Libby received her training as an X-Ray Technologist at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg, MS. She remained employed in the X-Ray field until her retirement due to illness in 1980. She was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church in Ocean Springs.
Libby was preceded in death by her parents, Hugh L. and Lillie C. Davis of Purvis, MS.
Survivors include her husband, William L. Prince of Ocean Springs, MS., daughter, Nora Kathryn Hennig and husband, Curtis, of Jacksonville, FL., son, James Davis Prince and wife, Brandy, of Ocean Springs, MS., two grandsons, Jacob Davis Prince, of Ocean Springs and Kyle Hennig of Jacksonville, FL., granddaughter, Allison Hennig, also of Jacksonville, FL., sister, Inky Hollingsworth and brother Darwyn Davis, both of Purvis, MS., and a number of nieces, nephews. etc.
On Tuesday, August 14, 2007, there will be an 11 a.m. church service at Wesley United Methodist Church, 8900 Old Spanish Trail, Ocean Springs, where friends may visit from 10 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Crestlawn Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent to the Wesley United Methodist Church Building Fund, 8900 Old Spanish Trail, Ocean Springs, MS., 39564.
The Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
