Mrs. Marjorie Mae Sullivan, 97, of Biloxi, MS, died Saturday, July 24, 2010, in Biloxi.
Mrs. Sullivan was born in Taylorsville, MS and had been a longtime resident of Biloxi. She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lavell Sullivan; son, J. L. Sullivan; and parents, William E. Hankins and Lucinda Ada Butler Hankins; sisters, Beulah Ann, Jewell Estelle, Lois Louise, and Alice Loraine; and brothers, William Leonard, James Dixon, William Eugene, Joseph Eldridge, Ernest, Simmie Ree and Walter E. Hankins. She is survived by her daughters, Lodessie Cox of Biloxi; June (Roy) Yates of Perkinston, and Carolyn (Glenn) Montiforte of Saucier; sons, Dennis (Helen) Sullivan of Biloxi, Richard (Sheryl) Sullivan and Donald (Dawn) Sullivan of Vancleave; twenty two grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and numerous great-great- grandchildren.
Visitation is Tuesday, July 27, 2010, from 5 until 8 p.m. at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Howard Avenue, in Biloxi. The funeral service is Wednesday at 10 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in Biloxi City Cemetery.
