Marsha McLendon

Mrs. Marsha Maria McLendon, age 67 of Biloxi, passed away on Sunday, July 23, 2023 in New Orleans, LA.

Mrs. McLendon was born in Biloxi on March 7, 1956 to Ralph and Daisy Seymour. She graduated from D’Iberville High School and received an Associates of Arts degree from Jefferson Davis Community College. She was employed with Mississippi State Department of Child Services. During her spare time, she loved spending time with her grandkids and family, going to ball games, bird watching and shopping.

Mrs. McLendon is preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Daisy Seymour; nephew, Bubba Mac; and by her sister-in-law, Judy Seymour.

Left to cherish her memory include her husband, Milfred "Snip" McLendon; children: Hankie Hall, Daniel and Ashley Hall; stepchildren: Jonathan and Amy McLendon, Timbo and Paige McLendon; grandchildren: Baileigh and Hayden Hall, Emerson and Easton Hall, Carter and Lillian McLendon, Liam, Cameron, and Corbin McLendon; siblings: Sonny Seymour, Laurie and Olin Gunter, Lisa Lopez, Micki and Robert McClellan; and pet: Axel.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the Doctors, Nurses and Staff at Ochsner's Medical Center NOLA for their care and compassion.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, July 29, 2023 at St. Mary Catholic Church: 8343 Woolmarket Rd, Biloxi, MS, 39532 at 11:00 a.m. Friends may visit one hour prior. Interment will follow at Swetman Cemetery, 3229 Mallet Rd, D'Iberville, MS 39540. Reception will be held at St. Mary Catholic Church Parish Hall.
