Martha Earline Carroll

Martha Earline Carroll, aged 71, a long- time resident of D’Iberville, passed peacefully in her sleep at her home on Thursday, March 19, 2020. Martha was born August 10,1948, in Mobile, Alabama, to Muriel Taylor Gabel and Roy H. Gabel. Martha later moved to the coast of Mississippi where she worked at her long- time job, at Keesler Air Force Base dining facilities, that she loved. She enjoyed family time with her loved ones with dinner and a great action movie. Most of her weekends consisted of visiting her sister, Brenda (before her passing), having a good cup of coffee, and playing phase 10. Martha also enjoyed visiting her other sister, Glenda, for weekly gossip and, of course, a good cup of coffee. Martha is preceded in death by her loving husband, Paul V. Carroll; son, Tony W. Clark, Jr., brother, Roy Melvien Gabel; sister, Brenda Entrekin; and sister, Donna Faye. They are all together and happily at peace now. Martha is survived by her loving children, Patricia Lurline Clark Carroll of D’Iberville, Paula May Carroll of Flint, Michigan, Joshua Paul Carroll of Chicago, Illinois, and Raven BreAnne Carroll of D’Iberville. She will be greatly missed by her caring grandchildren, Benjamen Paul Carroll of D’Iberville, Matthew Thomas Carroll of Latimer, and Samantha Taylor Carroll of D’Iberville. Martha is also survived by her loving siblings, Carolyn Lesser of Gulfport, Dianna Burst of Alabama, Glenda (Freddy) Thiroux of Biloxi, Ricky (Brenda) Gabel of Gulfport, and Georgia Parrish of Biloxi. Although Martha will be greatly missed, she is now finally home and at peace. We kindly ask all friends and family to remember all the great moments you shared with her, for those are precious and should be cherished. A visitation will be held from 10am-10:30am on Thursday, March 26, 2020, at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, 675 Howard Ave Biloxi, MS 39530.
