Mary Bailey Romero

Mary Bailey Romero, 75, of Saucier, MS went to be with the Lord, Thursday, May 6, 2010 surrounded by her loving family and close friends. Mrs. Romero was a native of Meridian, MS and had been a resident of the Coast for the past 60 years. She was a retired parts manager with several local car dealerships. Mrs. Romero was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church where she sang in the choir. She was also an honorary member of Ramsey Creek Baptist Church. Mrs. Romero is preceded in death by her husband, Sidney F. Romero; daughter, Marie Romero Williams; parents, Louis and Claudie Mae Bailey; brother, Wayne T. Bailey; niece, Rose Mary LaBiche. She is survived by her sons, Guy M. Romero and Kevin A. (Sandi) Romero, Sr.; sisters, Teresa A. LaBiche and Kathryn (George) Powell; brothers, Louis J. (Vicki) Bailey, Jr. and Charles P. (Mary Lynn) Bailey; sister-in-law, Tina S. Bailey; grandchildren, Kevin A. Romero, Jr., Don, Stephen and Staci Montana and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. A Mass of Christian burial will be on Monday, May 10, 2010 at 11:45 a.m. at Christ the King Catholic Church in Latimer. Friends may visit from 10:30 a.m. until mass time. Interment will follow in Biloxi National Cemetery. Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Howard Ave., Biloxi is in charge of arrangements.
